QIOs can no longer support work related to the PEPPER reports and we are instructed to direct facilities with questions to the PEPPER Resources website at http://www.pepperresources.org/ TMF Health Quality Institute (the Texas QIO) is under contract with CMS and is responsible for uploading the PEPPER files to the hospital’s QualityNet Administrators and to QualityNet user accounts with the PEPPER recipient role.
